Hi, I’m Linda, a lively and passionate Pilates instructor. I trained in New Zealand as a STOTT Pilates Intensive Mat and Reformer instructor, and now I’m bringing all the international knowledge I’ve gained back home to Finland.
My Pilates classes are a mix of modern Pilates techniques and calming mind-body exercises. In class, we work on improving body control, flexibility, and strength while having fun. My approach is inspired by the beaches and Pilates studios of New Zealand and Australia. My goal is for you to feel that addictive Pilates burn with a smile on your face and leave class feeling confident and strong.
